Project Challenge

The biggest challenge faced by my project is lack of access to the right market. Not only my project, several other tour operators in Uganda sell the same products to the same community which posses a challenge of competition among them. A poor market approach has resulted in no market. The other problem is poor destination publicity for example Uganda has failed to improve its image to the world market.

Target Audience
My target audiences are the adventurous explorers, solo travelers, the memorable escapades or the family travelers, business travelers, thrill enthusiasts or adventure seekers, luxury travelers, digital nomads and the mindful retreat seekers.

Solution & USP
The best solution is Business to business meetings, having market representatives in several countries, trade show participation, market research and focusing on a niche.

Market

My addressable and target markets are the pleasure markets where one wishes to engage in seeing wildlife, travel for business and visiting friends and family.

Competitor Analysis

This is where I have to asses the strengths and weakness of my immediate and potential competitors across the digital landscape. Strengths may include local expertise, customized itineraries, logistics and organization, safety and security, cost and time efficiency while weaknesses may include participation in fraud, greed, poor service in trip deliverance, creativity and innovation stagnation, unhealthy business relationships to mention but a few.

Our team is composed of four individuals that is to say the Tour or project manager, Tour consultant, Reservationist and the Tour guide or Driver guide
